Facility & Access Questions
Is there a joining fee?
No. Every Peak membership is free to join and there are no hidden admin charges.
Can I cancel at any time?
Monthly memberships are rolling with 30 days' notice. Annual plans lock the lower rate for 12 months.
Are the gyms really open 24/7?
Yes — Deansgate is open 24/7 with fob access. Coached hours run 06:00–22:00 daily.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every new member gets a 7 day full-access trial including classes and a movement assessment.
Is there parking?
150 secure spaces underneath the building, free for the first 3 hours, plus 40 covered bike racks.
Do you have ladies-only hours?
Yes — a dedicated ladies-only training floor operates 09:00–12:00 Monday to Friday.
What equipment brands do you use?
Technogym, Life Fitness, Concept2, Eleiko, Hammer Strength and Assault Fitness.
Can I freeze my membership?
Freeze for up to 3 months per year at £5/month for travel, injury or work commitments.
